Delivery and returns
Every piece is drawn to order and tracked from dispatch. Delivery is charged per parcel by destination and shown before you pay.

One order is one parcel. If anything in the order is framed, the framed rate applies to the whole parcel. Unframed sheets ship flat in a board-backed envelope. Framed pieces are glazed, corner-protected and boxed. Everything is tracked from dispatch.
Outside the UK, import VAT, duties or carrier handling fees may be charged by the destination country. They are not included in the delivery price and are the recipient's responsibility.

Cancellation and returns
Standard collection pieces
A collection map (university, trail, marathon, golf, rowing or football stadium) ordered without personalisation is a standard product, even though it is plotted after you order. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Tell us within that time, return it within a further 14 days, and we refund the price and the cheapest delivery option we offered. Return postage is yours unless the piece is faulty.
Custom maps and route maps
These are made to your specification and clearly personalised: your GPX file, your crop, your wording. The 14-day change-of-mind right does not apply to them, and you are told this and asked to confirm it before you pay. You can still change or cancel before the proof is approved: contact us straight away and we will do what we can. Once you approve the proof, plotting begins and the piece cannot be returned for change of mind.
Damaged or faulty pieces
If a piece arrives damaged or is not as described, photograph the packaging and the artwork and contact us within 7 days if you can. It will be redrawn or refunded at no cost, whatever kind of piece it is. Your statutory rights are never affected.
How to cancel or return
Reply to your order email or use the contact page with your order reference. Do not post anything until we confirm the returns address and packing instructions. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
